PREPARE WITH CONFIDENCE
Your scholarship application checklist.
A practical preparation guide to help you organise information and avoid preventable errors.
1. Confirm your category first
Check that your institution and exact degree are included for the relevant intake. A broad field such as engineering or business does not by itself confirm that your programme is covered. Private universities and private or affiliated colleges are not interchangeable categories.
Review the academic and other eligibility conditions before gathering documents. Confirm unclear classifications with your institution’s designated focal person.
2. Organise your academic records
Keep readable copies of your result cards and enrolment details. Compare your name, board, examination year and marks with the information you intend to enter. Use the examination totals shown on the documents rather than a total remembered from another student’s result.
You can use the calculator instructions for planning. A calculator result does not replace any final result or academic record required for an application.
3. Prepare personal and household information
Organise the personal, domicile and household financial details requested for your intake. Check the applicable income condition and affidavit instructions before completing financial declarations.
Use the current application’s document checklist to confirm exactly what must be uploaded. Keep files clear and legible, and check any file-format or size requirement shown beside the upload field. This preparation guide is not a complete mandatory-document list.
4. Review the application before submitting
- Match your name and enrolment details to your documents.
- Check institution, degree and intake selections carefully.
- Recheck obtained and total marks for each result.
- Confirm household details and required declarations are accurate.
- Open uploaded files to ensure they show the intended document.
- Keep a copy of the submission acknowledgement for your records.
5. Follow up after submission
Check your application account and email for updates. If you notice an error, contact your institution’s focal person and follow the correction process rather than assuming that a second application is required.
Completing this checklist does not guarantee selection. The application assessment, supporting documents, eligibility checks and merit decision remain separate from this calculator.
