KNOW WHERE YOU STAND

Eligibility, made clearer.

Understand the marks requirement first. Then check the other conditions for your scholarship cycle.

2026 entry criteriaUpdated: 16 October 2026
2026 undergraduate entry guidance. Confirm your approved institution, current degree and application deadline with your financial aid office before applying.

01 / THE ACADEMIC REQUIREMENT

Minimum Intermediate marks.

These percentages apply to your FSc / FA / HSSC result, not the aggregate. Select Sciences or Arts according to your current degree, not your Matric or Intermediate subjects. Meeting the exact minimum counts: 70% meets a ≥ 70% requirement.

Social Sciences
Public sector universities / colleges≥ 70%≥ 65%
Public medical & dental collegesMBBS / BDS≥ 80%Not applicable
Federal & private universities≥ 70%≥ 65%

HED colleges have a separate category. If your college’s classification or your degree’s study stream is unclear, ask its financial aid office. The category selector does not verify that a particular institute or discipline is approved.

02 / BEYOND YOUR MARKS

What else should you check?

The calculator does not collect or verify these details. Confirm them against the notice for your own intake before applying.

Domicile & intake

Punjab domicile and first-semester / first-year enrolment in a selected discipline in 2026 are required. Eligible first-year MBBS / BDS students are included. There is no age limit or gender restriction.

Approved institution & degree

Your institution and discipline must be on the applicable approved lists. Selecting a sector here does not confirm either.

Household income

The current programme lists monthly family income below Rs. 350,000 for public-sector HEIs and Rs. 500,000 for federal/private HEIs, with an E-Stamp affidavit.

Application & verification

Check the live deadline, required documents and final merit process with the official portal. A qualifying academic result is not an award or application approval.

03 / READING YOUR RESULT

A helpful result. An honest explanation.

Academic threshold met

Your Intermediate marks meet the listed minimum. Congratulations on this step; other eligibility checks and final selection remain.

Below this threshold

Your Intermediate marks are below the selected category’s minimum. Double-check your entries and ask your financial aid office about other opportunities.

PROGRAMME INFORMATION

Know what you are applying for.

The CM Punjab Honhaar Scholarship Programme provides full tuition-fee support to selected undergraduate students. Approved disciplines span fields such as computing, engineering, medicine, business, languages and the arts. Being in one of these broad fields does not confirm approval of your individual degree.

Your institution’s financial aid office can confirm current lists, deadlines and documents. This calculator checks academic marks; it does not submit a scholarship application.

PREPARE YOUR APPLICATION

Small checks that make a difference.

Check the institution category

Selected private universities may participate, but affiliated and private colleges are excluded. Check your exact institution and degree, not only its sector.

Plan costs beyond tuition

The scholarship covers defined tuition fees. Keep a separate plan for accommodation, transport and everyday expenses.

Gather your information

Prepare personal details, educational records and household financial information. Check that names, marks and enrolment details agree with your documents.

Review before submitting

Read every entry before completing the online application. Keep your own copy of the submitted details and follow any correction instructions promptly.
